Executive Education and Capacity Building

The Institute offers customized executive education, capacity building, and training activities for higher education institutions, local government officials, and civil society leaders. Our network of experts and partners allow us to plan and deliver targeted programs to address a wide range of capacity needs. Examples include participatory planning and budgeting, local legislation, disaster preparedness, and action research.

Research and Development of Knowledge Products

Our pool of experts and researchers are actively involved in policy research and the development of knowledge products. We have experience developing various products such as stocktaking reports, case studies, and assessment tools.

Hosting Knowledge Exchange Events

We have experience facilitating the management of a variety of events for our clients. The purpose of knowledge exchange events is to share ideas and expertise relating to a particular subject. We work with various international, national, and local stakeholders to gain various perspectives. Independent Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation

The Institute offers systematic, independent, and objective third-party monitoring and review of policies, programs, projects, and services. In the past, we have been engaged with international institutions and government agencies in order to monitor and evaluate their activities in the Philippines.

The Institute has designed and implemented various projects and can provide the same expertise to your organization.
