On August 11, 2017, Xavier University (XU) - Ateneo de Cagayan invited CSO representatives to present their online knowledge portal. Our Institute presented the Open Government Partnership and its importance in promoting participatory governance. In addition, XU's Governance and Leadership Institute developed a series of infographics to simplify the City Development Budget and 2017 Annual Investment Plan.
