Asia Pacific Social Science Review appoints Dr. Ador R. Torneo as new Editor-in-Chief

We are pleased to announce that our Director, Dr. Ador R. Torneo, has been designated as the Editor-in-Chief of the Asia-Pacific Social Science Review (APSSR). The APSSR is an international peer-reviewed social science journal covering various topics in the Asia-Pacific Region. It is published quarterly by the De La Salle University Press and is listed in Elsevier’s Scopus, the ASEAN Citation Index, and EBSCO. It is the only multidisciplinary Scopus-indexed social science journal in the Philippines. Dr. Torneo is a Full Professor of Political Science and Development Studies at De La Salle University. He brings to the APSSR a wealth of experience in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary collaborations, a strong portfolio of scholarly publications and practitioner experience, and his expertise as a research methodologist.

Dr. Torneo also serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Public Affairs Education, the official journal of the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA). He will also serve as an inaugural member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Social Equity and Public Administration, a journal of the Section on Democracy and Social Justice of the American Society of Public Administration (ASPA). NASPAA and ASPA are both based in Washington, D.C., U.S.A.
